Our dedicated kitchen teams prepare delicious, freshly cooked meals every day, offering a varied and appealing menu that encourages children to enjoy good food. We also cater for individual dietary requirements, ensuring every child can enjoy a safe, nutritious and satisfying meal.

A reminder that regular Hot School Meal orders must be placed 7 working days before the meals is due. 

If meals are not ordered online by the deadline, you will need to provide a packed lunch for your child. 

Packed Lunches

A healthy, balanced packed lunch helps children stay focused, energised and ready to learn throughout the school day. We recommend that packed lunches include the following:

• A savoury main item, such as sandwiches, wraps, pitta bread, pasta or a rice dish.
• Fruit and vegetables to provide essential vitamins and nutrients.
• A source of protein, such as cheese, yoghurt, eggs, meat, fish or hummus.
• Water to keep children hydrated throughout the day.

The safety and wellbeing of all our children is our highest priority. As some children at Stourfield Infant School have severe nut allergies, we operate a strict nut-free policy.

Please ensure that packed lunches do not contain any nuts or nut-based products. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep all our children safe.
